FYI! For us to administer a test, the subject MUST be in good health with no aches or pains of any type: no headaches, no use of any types of drugs to stop any type of pain. If prescription drugs are being used, a doctor must be consulted before we administer the test. You will be charged our full fee if we arrive at the site and the subject is not physically able to take the test. We cannot test pregnant women.oie.

TYPES OF POLYGRAPH TESTS	COSTS OF THE POLYGRAPH
ONE TEST - for private issues: infidelity, trust issues, child abuse and other private issues. In our San Dimas Office. Results are given immediately verbally and included in the fee.	$500 for daytime weekday appointments $1000 for weekdays after 5 pm, or anytime on Saturday, or Sunday These fees are non-refundable once you make your appointment.
Written summary report for Private Polygraph Tests (this is a 2 page summary of the information you will already be given orally by the examiner immediately after the exam). ____________________	$100
